Shipping Policy

Kjones Crafts is not liable for any lost, stolen, or missing merchandise purchased. It is recommended that the buyer purchases priority shipping through USPS versus standard because it comes with $50 insurance. Once the package is dropped off at a USPS facility , liability is removed from the seller.

Shipping time frame: Orders are packaged and shipped within 3 business days (usually sooner). There are circumstances where it make take up to a week to ship out a package due to vacation, illness, or a family emergency.

Tracking: All products sold from Kjones Crafts come with a designated tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipment tracking to be updated.

International Orders: If you are an international customer and have placed an order, please allow 2-3 months for your package to arrive. Understand that tracking usually does not update once the package has left the United States.

Merchandise replacement for lost packages are determined on a case by case basis.
