A pin grade establishes the level of quality for a particular set of pins. Each pin seller has a different style of grading, and quality control.

Kjones Crafts quality checks enamel pins based on three graded levels. Any pin that is not considered “standard” is sold at a discounted price based on it’s tier of quality.

Standard : Pins that are quality checked as “standard” are the best pins of the batch, and have the least amount of flaws. Please note that no pin is perfect, and standard grade does not mean flawless.

Minor Flawed: Pins that are quality checked as minor flawed have more imperfections , or a flaw that is more noticeable.

Flawed: Pins that are quality checked as flawed have a manufacturing oversight that is noticeable to the viewers eye. It’s very likely there are multiple flaws on pins in this graded category.

Junk Pin: On rare occasions Kjones Crafts will receive pins that are considered unacceptable to be sold to the general public. That being said, these pins are sometimes listed for sale at a heavily discounted price.

All of the pins sold by Kjones Craft are limited edition and each pin, no matter the grade, is part of the limited number batch.
